can someone please tell me where the block heater is and is it hard to change and how approx. does it cost please help!!!!!

Right hand side near the starter.
Mine is in the second freeze plug from the back.

hey guys my truck is a 1993 with a non turbo 7.3 international diesel. I was wondering where is the plug located at to plug it in?
