You may have to change transmission hump covers tho. The manual transmission cover is higher than the one for an automatic. Factory AC is different than the heater only models. The wiring is different for the instrument cluster etc for various years and options.

you may have to drill new rear mount holes an easy way to do this is put the mounts on the frame put the cab on, aline the cab on the frame tighten the front mounts, get a long 1/4 in drill bit from the hardware store, center the drill in the rear cab mount drill all trhe way through, then from the top use a holesaw the same size as the stock mount, hole saw through the first layer then use a 7/16 inch dril through the next layer/s then it should bolt right up. I've done this a few times and took a 7/16 bolt (same size as the cab mount bolts) cut the head off, center drilled it on the lathe 9/32 and use it for a guide for the 1/4 drill bit the tranny hump should be a bolt in deal
