x code spring swap

I have a set of X code springs and want to put them in my wifes x . Can I use the stock shocks or order some new ones for an F-350 ?

Yes.

Replacements for the stock unit will work fine, and the 250/350 ones are the same. When you raise the back the 2" to match the rake you have now the stockers will work but the 250/350 ones mount different on the top.
