o2 sensor code, bank 1?

o2 sensor code, bank 1?
Hi guys,
What's bank one mean? My Haynes manual says it only has one O2 sensor. The garage cleared the code and then did a complete tune up. The truck was flooding each morning, can a bad o2 sensor cause this? The outside temp. here is about 32 deg. Sometimes the engine light will stay on the whole drive to town then not come on at all on the return trip home. It runs a little rough at idle 700- 800 rpm's when the engine light comes on but runs well when the light goes out at idle 900 rpm's.
I just picked up another Ford F150 XLT 302 today,with power options!!! It has 100,000 miles,Ext. cab, 4x4 and with some surface rust, i live in the rust belt. Got it for $2700.00. Can't wait to maybe add a used snow plow for next winter.

Take a good look at the fuel pressure, improper fuel can trigger an 02 sensor code.
Had one like yours once, checked fuel pressure, checked or replaced everything in sight,no fix.
Turns out that when I checked the fuel pressure, it would read OK but as soon as I turned my back, bingo! it would trip, DROVE ME NUTS!!!!!
