I'm thinking about using an old propane tank as part of an on board air setup and was concerned about it holding the pressure. The size seems right and the price sure was right, but can one of these 2' round propane tanks hold 100+ psi or should I look for something else?
On my last job I had a forklift and we'd leave the propane tank on teh back of it, we had a full propane tank, sitting in the sun all day on the back of a forklift and it never blew, I'm sure that had to be substantially more than 100psi with all that liquid propane. Of course I checked it every day to make sure it still was in good shape, but you get my idea.
