Quite possibly it's the valve cover gaskets. They're prone to leaking and a bit picky about how they're installed. If you look at them you should see little tabs under the bolts that hold them on. These are spreader washers and there are two slightly differents shapes to them. They have to be installed in the correct location and the rails of the valve cover straightened when they're installed, or they will leak.
You might take it to the local do-it-yourself carwash and clean the engine off, then keep an eye on it to look for fresh seepage. You should be able to pinpoint the source of the leak that way.
