well i found it its the connector on the back of the drivers head melted, male and female part melted

Hmmm...That sounds familiar Glad you found it.

Do a search for user 1997F-350, he's posted the part #'s and approximate prices for the repair parts neccessary. Way cheaper to rebuild the connectors than replace the harness.

i bet it is i was thinkin since i am gonna be in there replacin stuff i might as well throw down the extra cash for all 8 glow plug and some stage ones hope fulyl uncle sam gets my check back to me soon so i can play

Sounds like a good plan. Use Motorcraft/Beru glow plugs.
