i'd never give them my business. they tried to pull one over on my grandparents. swaped some box for anouther that completly sucks. some how has less channels but yet cost more a month.
when my grandpa tried to cancel the service they simply wouldnt have it, kept charging them even though they sent the boxes back. the final straw was when they demanded their dish back but wouldnt send anyone to get it off the roof. they wanted my grandpa to go up there and get it, this being on a 3 story house if you count the walkin attic. he refused to go up and retrieve the dish but did offer to shoot it down.
he switched back to cable, ive had cable forever id rather pay a little more for cable simply for the coustomer service. as a plus medicom[our local cable guys] paid him 50 bucks for the dish after one of their guys pulled it off the roof
