Last meal?

Now I realize this is a bit morbid, but I was out for supper the other nite with a few buddies, and one said that his was so good it could be his last meal before death row.

So that leads me to ask the question: If you were on death row, what would your last meal be?

Mine would be a slow cooked roast pork, potatoes (cooked in the slow cooker too) cream corn, my grandma's cream peas, a sour cream pie for desert, and 2 MGD's to drink.

Something that takes a very, very, long time to prepare. And a very, ver y, long time to eat.

Finished off with a Crown and 7 with 2 wedges of lime.

The drink. Make mine either CC and Ginger-Ale with the lime, or, a Desert Pear Marguarita!

As for what I want to eat. . . . . well. . . this is a family show.
(Think of a spin-off of Hannibal Lector. . . . to a point.)

Being part southerner, my last meal would need some good North Carolina BBQ, it'd have to be the genuine article. Cole Slaw, Potato salad, or Mashed potatoes, and hush puppies, and finish that off with a Jack and coke on the rocks, or two.

I big slab of beef, cooked medium rare, with a baked potato and butter. A few steakhouse rolls, and my grandma's coconut cream pie. Probably sweet tea with the meal to drink. Maybe a Coors or two before the meal. I could probably chase the meal with some 151 or some good bourbon, to help me sleep, of course.

Red Beans and Rice, Catfish, french fries, cole slaw, hushpuppies, and a gallon of sweet tea. Peach cobbler and icecream for dessert.
