deep water/prev. maintenance
Lets say I decided to take a drive during the heaviest rain Ive ever seen, through flooded bumper-deep roadways, and now Im finding myself a little concerned about greased front end parts getting washed clean and places water shouldnt be, now possibly containing water on my '02 f150 4x4.
What should I make sure I take care of to keep anything from from prematurely dieing on me due to water damage?

In bumper deep water I doubt you were going fast enough to wash off the grease or get water in anything that would cause a problem. I haven't been under my truck in a while but don't recall to many grease zerks under there. Most bearings, ball joints, etc are sealed these days so I doubt you did anything that is going come back to haunt you.

The only place you need to check would be the vent for the differential. You can get water in there......and if so you will need to drain the differential and refill. Vent is a tube on the rear axle, drivers side, runs up to the underside of the bed. If the water got that high, you need to check.
