diesel fuel quality
The difference in the grades of Diesel are #1 and #2 for most road purposes.
The #1 is more for cold weather and that is what most truck stops and fuel stations sell is that right?
The #2 is more for warmer weather, has a better lubrication factor, and gives you more power per gallon is that right?
I would think that the #2 would be a better choice. I can get #2 from a fuel station where I live and it is about $.09 a gallon cheaper. Is it better to run the #2 or the #1?
I am in South Georgia so the temp factor does not really come into play.
I have the 03 F-250 with the 6.0 if that makes a difference. No matter which one I use I still use the Diesel Kleen in every tank, with the #2 is it needed?
