Repainted by who knows who, who knows when. They did a horrible home paint job, probably outside. Overspray on everything, orangepeel here and there, a couple of drips on each corner of the cab and bed. Paint on the glass where they didn't properly tape off the side windows. The color is close but not the same as original. Of course, it's oxidized and probably looks worse than the original did when they painted over it.

79 Bronco it's original but it's get a little thin spots. It has some small rust issues, as soon as they are taken care of it will be repainted to original.

My 73, 77 and 79 F100s have all been repainted. The 73 was repainted in the original 2-tone sequoia brown and creme white. The 77 was originally black and is now rangoon red. The 79 was repainted the original metallic dark brown.

My 77 has its original paint--but not for long. Trying to get it ready for a fresh paint job. Going back with the original red/white combo, though.

my 76 F100 was professionally repainted in sept 2005, and i also think sometime in the late 80's by the previous owner. Not to mention I painted it flat black the spring of '05. The owner before me (original owner's son) did bondo work, so when i got it repainted, if you look real close there are some really rough looking spots. All in all not bad. The previous owner had it repainted green (original). I had it painted Grey Metallic Pearl off of the '05 Nissan Altima at Maaco. I also painted the bumpers, under the hood, and the wiper arms satin black and i painted the interior semi-gloss black. it turns heads, so i'm not complaining... i just wish bondo was illegal

My 79 was originally candy apple red until I started restoring it in June. Now it will be 2005 F250 Torch Red. I think it looks good so far.

my '77 F250 4x4 was repainted the original dark metallic blue this last month. 20+ years of Texas sun took its toll. The orig. paint was looking pretty faded. Pics in the gallery.

My '72-'73-'76-'78(sounds like an old country music song I once heard)is good ol' spray can ford blue!IT LOOKS LIKE CRAP!!!!!I am in the proccess of redoing the body, though, and the front clip and most of the cab are in primer.Hopefully the body will come out good enough to wear 3-4 coats of black lacquer.Man,you can't beat a great looking old truck!!!!!!

All original, but the tailgate was repainted and pinstriped after a deep scratch. I love the stripe job... really dresses the truck up IMO. See my gallery for pics.

Original paint exept for the driver bedside must have been repaired from original owner because the white tapestripe is not original the repair job is pretty fair though.
