spring tower replacement
What year spring tower can i use to replace mine in my '78 F150?

Will one from an '85 F150 work? All i need is the top.

not too sure, but if I remember right, the shock tower is cast into the same piece as the spring tower, so I would guess no. I'm not too sure though.

Jeffs bronco graveyard has replacement towers. You need to use the 70s towers, not from 80 and up.

The late 60's to 79 are the same for the pickup and 78-79 Broncos. You could probablly get some from your local salvage yard. One from the 85 will not work without some serious fabrication.
