programmer for a "98" f150

I have a 4.6 f150, 2wd, lifted on 35's. I recently had it regeared and obviously it threw the speedo way off. I haven't looked extensively, but I'm interested in a programmer/chip but what I'm finding is their is not one available for a 98. Any suggestions would be great.
