Yes to the cruise control.

Aside from the horn pad part, everything cruise control related is from the column connector to the engine,
You will have to swap everything brake mechanical from the pedal pad up to the booster.

It would be a problem if either of your trucks were a 79.

Mechanical means Pedal, pedal assembly. These are mechanical parts.

The booster is also a mechanical part but shouldn't need to be swapped.

Pedal assembly :
The non-cruise pedal has a bolt and lock nut that attaches the push rod to it.

The cruise type pedal has a nub welded to it for the booster push rod to attach to it along with the cruise brake light switch. It should also have the mounting tab for the cruise shut off switch on the right side of the pedal arm (as like for the non-cruise brake light switch)

Electrical:
All the electrical difference between cruise & non-cruise is located before the connector on the column.

You will need everything off the other truck, except the steering column.

if the cruise control brake switch is just a momentary open like the aftermarket cruises it might be easier to just mount a switch on the non-cruise pedal.
