Speedo Correction

How to correct the speedo on my '93 ranger 2.3 2wd manual which has 31's and 4.11 gears?

There is a small gear where the cable goes into the tranny, you change the gear (number of teeth) based on the tire size and rear gear.

The dealer should have them if the parts store doesn't.
