Are the holes in the cab wall just above the driver and passenger designed for a shoulder harness. They have a rubber gromet in them now, but there appears to be threads in there.
has anybody installed shoulder harness' in the old F series?

Shoulder harnesses were a factory option for the 67/72 F-Series trucks. I have not seen a set in the flesh myself, but I can confirm the existence from first hand accounts and Ford factory literature.

I'll keep looking and update the forum if I have progress. I lost my High School Pickup (1968 F100, 360, C6, very clean) , early in college to a drunk driver (No, Not me:-) I walked away easily from the wreck, but I did participate in a steering wheel taste test. I'd rather not do that again.
