Possible Exhaust Leak?
Has anyone had an exhaust leak in their PSD? After the TC locks up around 45 mph, i can hear this little ticking sound that sounds like an exhaust leak. I have never read anyone here having one so is this just normal or do ya'll think it is a leak? Thanks for the help.

I had the same sort of noise coming from mine. I found the rubber boot that covers the steering shaft (where it goes out thru the firewall) had a large gap and I could see light thru into the engine compartment. I sealed that up and the sound went away. It was kind of a tinny noise. Sounded like an exhaust leak to me. With all the noise in the engine compartment I could never here the sound from outside. Just in the cab when cruizing.
