2wd Dually
Tan interior, power everything
Had it for a little over a week and love it.
Looking for info like stock turbo size, capacities, other specs like that....
Also, what are some common problems with these trucks/engines? and what parts should i keep on hand, just in case, heh. I've heard i should be keeping a serpentine belt behind the seat.
some things to keep on hand are a spare CPS (search a little) and a 10mm socket to change it. also like you said a serpentine belt.
i would run a good fuel additive, i run Powerservice white for winter, and grey for summer. the white bottle has anti-gel additive so you won't have gelled fuel in cold climates. you have a 2wd so im guessing you live in the south and dont see cold temps.
change oil to a good synthetic, and i see its an automatic and you will also want to change the tranny fluid (flush it) with synthetic and run a in-line filter. i assume you pull trailers with that rig, so i would also recommend a shift kit and a fat tranny cooler.
stock turbo is a Garrett GTP38.
engine oil capacity with filter change is 15 quarts.
the transmission holds about 17 quarts with a fluid flush.
if you need anything else, just ask, the guys are great around here.

Actually i live in Vancouver, B.C., but the climate is pretty mild (right on the ocean) so we only see snow maybe a week or 2 out of the year. I would have liked a 4x4 non-dually, but when i found this, i couldnt pass it up.
My buddy/boss has an '05 King Ranch f350 dually crew cab on 22.5" Alcoa rig wheels, and wants me to get the 22" Alcoa's for this. Other than that i plan on getting the newer mirrors, cupholders, badging, front clip...

Very nice truck. Expect to pay a LOT for 22.5" tires. My set of Michelins ended up being $1800.00 mounted, balanced, new brass stems, etc.
