On my 04 F-150 4.6 STX 4x4, for true duals with Flowmasters, 2.5" pipes, and 12" x 3" echo chambers, behind the back tires I paid $350 bucks. I am well pleased with the sound. Not too loud, but just right in my thoughts.
I have an '05 f150 4.6 supercrew. I put a 40 sieries flow master and one side pipe in front of the passenger tire with a rectangular tip for $220, $90 for the muffler, $30 for the tip, the rest was labor and misc. pipe and supplies. I used a small local shop here in Denton, Tx. I know you said duals but this looks cool. I have never liked the side pipe but I also wanted my truck to look different than all the others. Not many people put tips this way, thats why I like it. Also, it sounds awesome but not to loud or overwhelming inside the cab, and it looks nice and clean. See my pics and see for your self.
when i got my gibson at first i installed it all by my self and that took all of an hour and a half all i used was an air drill how ever getting hte straight pipe i used a welder since it would fit exaclty like the gibson and i would have rattled alot
