Queston about 300/trans. combination

Can someone tell me what automatic transmission(s) were put with the 300 engine in the '95 F150? A local fellow has that combination, and I'm looking at it as a possible swap to my '87 F250. I need something pretty stout as I work my truck hard, carrying some pretty heavy loads (farming). If anyone can tell me what the trans. were for that year in the F150 and if they'll hold up to what I need, I'll appreciate it.

I know that one auto tranny it had was the E4OD. If you are going to be doing farm work with your truck, you should probably look at getting a ZF 5S-42 5 speed manual tranny. They are very stout, PTO capable, and bolt up to the 4.9L.
