Possible Rear Axle Problem
Last night I noticed an odd sound coming from my 95 F150. The first time I heard it, it sounded like something shifted around or fell over in the bed. Didn't really feel it at all. The thing is, there was nothing in the bed. It sounded like a soft thud or a deep pop. Then I heard it several other times. It would only happen once usually during cornering while turning back straight. Does any one know what this might be. Is it rear end related? I have checked all of the suspension bolts etc, and nothing was loose. I was thinking it my be the LS clutch pack.
