Tanny info needed

Hi, new to this forum and trying to find out information on my 7.3 diesel 1991 F 450 srvice truck. I checked the spec plate on the trans and found the code E91A - 7003 aaa I am trying to find service / maintenance information on this unit. Specifically the fluid requirements as well as where to fill it as it's a manual transmission. This is a Service truck that I do not use to much and need to keep up on the maintenance. Thanks in advance to responses.
