So many factors to this one, but one thing's for sure: it ain't worth no $6600. In perfect, original condition, maybe. But like you said, seats and headliner are bad, it doesn't have the original motor (and the replacement isn't correct for the year), and it sounds like it needs a re-paint and some other work. Mechanicals for this car are readily available, but trying to replace missing trim (moldings, side glass, front fender ornaments, etc...) can be nearly impossible, or extremely expensive. And it would be more valuable if it had the bucket seats instead of the bench.

well I drove by today, and seen the hood open and a fellow getting the salesmans pitch. I have to admit a car like this one around here is pretty rare, it is a real solid car, with all the pieces. but never the less it does have to be restored.If this car was a sprint falcon, and all correct, I could maybe see it, but this car is far from correct. Dave your right someone will probably come by and lay the 6600 down.
