Gibson header thoughts
Thinking out loud here.... According to the Gibson web site, headers for the 05 and 06 V10's share the same part numbers as the 99-04 models. I e-mailed Gibson but got no reply(did I actually think I would get one??) If the headers are the same for the 2 different V10's then does that mean the cheapy headers on ebay would fit? Would any of the other manifold replacement headers fit? (JBA etc) I'm going to call Gibson and see if I can talk to a human. I can tell the stock manifolds are different so it would make sense that the headers would be too.

gibson makes 2 sets of headers. 1 with egr and 1 without. i'm taking a guess here but you should be able to make a small 1/4 inch thick steel plate block off and use a egr on a non erg motor.
it's some thing i have done in the past. and the guy on ebay sure has a great price $200.00 for a 600 set. and his are the coated ones.
