DTC Engine Code for 03 Expy
I have a Pro Scan version 2.0 OBDII reader. I did a diagonostic on my 06 Expy and this is what came up....

Engine Coolant Temperaturem (ECT) Insufficient for Closed Loop Fuel Control
Fuel System #1
Closed Loop: Using Oxygen Sensor(s) as feedback for fuel control
any idea? I was told it was my O2 sensors...maybe dirty or bad!
Please Help!

Your engine (coolant) is not reaching a high enough temperature. It could be a sensor fault (the temperature sending unit itself) or perhaps a thermostat that is stuck open. What the temperature gauge look like after it has had time to warm up? If it is not moving at all, it is likely the sensor. Otherwise it is likely the thermostat.
