Excessive warm up time

I noticed the past few days my 6.0 has taken a lot longer to fully warm up than it usually does. It still idles up and stuff, but it just seems to take like 15minutes of driving before it warms to the middle of the gauge. It never used to take that long. What gives?

Yesterday it was 38 degrees. We had days in december where it was 0 in the morning. It warmed up faster in 0 degree temps than it did yesterday at 38 degrees. Wonder if my t-stat is stuck open?

Well if this is unusual for your truck then it is possible. Mine takes awhile also. I just think, big motor, a lot of metal and going to take some time. I give mine a good 5min before i even get in. My ranger on the other hand, little motor, temp gauge moving before i even get out of my neighborhood. But I am just a owner not a tech, just my 2/cents
