Which is better?

I have a 92 F-350 crew cab dually, and I have been researching as best I can about my options on turbos. The Banks says it will give great hp/torque increases, but at a large price. The ATS will give nice gains also and a lower price. The people who offered to install the Banks want almost as much money as the system costs. This doesn't seem reasonable to me. I don't know anyone to put on the ATS. I have considered doing it myself. I have the tools but just didn't want the headache. Can someone please tell me which one give the best bang for the buck? Does the ATS do as well as the Banks boasts? How hard is it to install by a weekend mechanic? Someone please help.

The only ats system ive seen was theyre kit on theyre website. If i remember correctly theyres didnt come with the tranny cooler and the exhaust system that banks did. ATS can be serviced at ur ford dealerships though so thats a plus, im a fan of banks though, always have been so when i get the money im getting the banks!!
