As many of you know I have been putting together a SOOOOOPER DUTY! (its in my gallery) It has taken me about 5 months to get this far. waiting on parts / figuring things out / and not realizing that I was going to have to change every inch of wiring.
Well I am proud to say (and a lot of you should be to) that BIG HAZARD LIVES! I started the ol girl last night for the first time.
So the really rough parts are out of the way (knock on wood). Man I never thought I would be so happy to hear a motor run. I couldnt sleep last night I was so excited. I had been a little worried because as most of you know some of the PSD have been known to blow up when they end up on the roof. (the motor keeps running starving the crank). I thought mine would be okay because it hit something prior to rolling (tripped the fuel shut off). Well no unusal rattles. Just an old PSD barking around. I still have some tranny lines to hook up (they are just connected together through a peice of hose. and I need to put the radiator and the fan on / in. But I am so fired up. I can get that stuff in tonight and hopefully get the big ol girl up on the frame machine this weekend.
But I would like to thank a lot of you for all of your help.

The only good parts from the original truck were the drivers side fender, the passenger doors, and the tail gate. and since it was going to cost so much we found it cheaper to find another truck.
We just didnt realize that the 99 nad the 02 were so different in the wiring. This would have shaved a month off (I only work on it part time).
I will try and get some more pics up this week. By the way If you know if there is a tranny cooler that would take the place of the bottom of the radiator let me know. The 99 has a different radiator. (no cooler in the bottom)

My '99 has the transmission cooler built into the bottom of the radiator.
I tried to measured them and it seems they are about the same width, ( the 02 radiator isnt exactly in pristine condition) I wonder why they would be different? Because the 02 is a f-250 and the 99 is a f-350? Boggles the mind.
