Intermittant Electrical Problem (be jealous)
1986 Fullsize, 5.0 F.I.
Driving under normal load, etc, sometimes the check engine light will come on, and the radio will turn off. The temp. guage seems to creep up. This will happen for about 2-5 seconds, and occour a couple of times and then not happen for days.
The engine shutters a little bit, but nothing drastic.
Any place to start checking connections? I just purchased a multimeter and am looking forward to trying it out.

Codes were for EGR and O2 sensor. O2 was replaced, then codes went away. I'll check it again though.
Im thinking that its more electrical than emissions. What could make the radio shut off? What else is on that circuit?
