390/C6 cheap
It ain't mine, so don't call me, but I stumbled on a 390 and C6 in Fort Morgan, Colorado (60 miles northeast of Denver), that sound like they're in nice shape and available reasonably cheap. He was asking $500 each or $900 for the combo, but told me he'd take less because he really needs the money. The 390 was rebuilt a year or so ago, and he was going to drop it into a car, but he's run out of time and money. It's been sitting on a stand since the rebuild. It has Edelbrock intake and 650 carb, plus the factory intake and carb.
I'd buy them if I had any reasonable way of getting them to Memphis cheaply, but I don't, so I thought someone else on the board might be closer and interested. The seller's name is Grier and his number is 970-867-5333.
