Front wheel bearing...please explain

That's what started me looking, went around a corner in a parking lot, over the speed bump and POP, just on passenger side. Replaced both hub assemblies, if one is bad chances are the other is not far behind. I had my ball joints done last summer.

The hub assembly on the passenger side was loose enough to cause movement, enough so that the alignment with the brake rotor & caliper assembly was starting to make some noise. Altogether it was making a popping type noise. Since the replacement, and about 60 miles of road test, no more popping noise.
