3.03 to C4

3.03 to C4
I want to convert my 1978 F100 2WD 300 6 cyl from a 3.03 manual transmission to a C4 automatic. I know I will need the transmission, flywheel, torque converter, speedo cable, cooling lines, shifter w/ linkage and a new radiator. Am I missing any parts? Also, does the 3.03 use the same splines as a C4, I know I will probably have to have the driveshaft cut or lengthened but was wondering if I needed a different spline pattern too?

are you talking shifter as in floor shifter? cuz that would be easier than trying to work with the column. you'll need to pry out the pilot bearing from the back of the block. speedo cable might be the same as long as the length reaches. splines? use the same yoke on the c4 and grab the driveshaft out of the donor truck too.
