Ebay lightning S/C
just today i won the auction for an eaton supercharger for a 5.4l ford lightning motor item #4606830639. What more will i need in order to install this on my 99 f-150 5.4l? I'm assuming i will need a longer belt, and probably a different idler pully configuration. Also, i would think that in order to work on my engine, i will need to have a chip burned. Are there any suggestions as far as getting a chip burned goes?

You need more than just a belt and pulley...
Intake manifold
Intercooler
Fuel injectors
Wiring harness (most likely)
Bracket with idlers and special bolts
Tensioner Assembly
Lightning Alternator
Alternator Stabilizer Bracket
Drive Pulley Adapter
Drive Belt
Intercooler Pump with Bracket and Pigtail
Intercooler Reservoir with Cap
IAC Tube
Throttle Cable
Throttle Cable Bracket
Cruise Control Cable
IAT Sensor (fits in air cleaner)
PCV Tube (left hand side)
TB to MAF Rubber Connector with clamps
EGR Tube
Water Pump, (needed for clearance unless you have an E-fan)
90mm MAF (need your old one as core)
Intake Gasket Set
In-Tank Fuel Pump
Crankshaft Drive pulley with new belt
Heat Exchanger (if you can find one, very scarce)
Air Filter Assembly (factory or aftermarket)
Lightning Fan Shroud (unless you have e-fans)
Upper Radiator Hose
Intercooler Hoses (2 pieces)
Mounting Bolts
Heat Exchanger Brackets
You can get it all in a kit from here:

I know Mike personally and he has helped a lot of guys put Lightning blowers on their trucks. He's got a blown 32V 5.4L truck right now...pertty sick though I have yet to see it in the flesh.
You can tune it yourself if you are smarter than I am. The superchips racer pack is good. I had Sal at PowerSurge Performance dyno-tune my truck initially, then I had Swanson Performance re-tune it after I got some other mods.
IMHO go with a local tuner, not mail order. I went the mail-order route and was extremely disappointed. Plus, with a local tuner you'll have a dyno graph so you know how much power your truck makes.
Good luck.
