i was looking for a cheap place to find fitting seat covers for a reg. cab 2000 f 150. I would like to have black with the red stripe in the middle to match my truck. Any good online stores or national chains that have a good selection that would fit the 40-60 split bench seat with the arm rest??
I am in the same boat you are. I just bought a leather 60/40 to replace my solid bench. Got it off ebay for $50, drove 5 min down the road to pick it up. The only problem is that it is tan while my interior is gray. Look on www.coverking.com and www.saddleman.com. They will run $150 or better though and from pics I've seen, the fit will leave alot to be desired. I think I am going to pick up 3 universal bucket covers. Then break out my wife's sewing machine and see what I can do. Can't look any worse than the others.
Suggestion....many moons ago I had a Camaro (I know, bad word) and wanted seat covers for both the front and back seats. The car was a copper color so I could not find seat covers to match or even that looked good. I went to a local trim shop and they made me a complete set, both front buckets, both rear buckets. It was $250 for everything. So, the moral is.....try some local trim shops...bet they can hook you up.
I think i will just get the drivers seat cover the way i want it and not worry about the passenger seat. Probably the ones you can find at a local auto store for 20$ since I am a poor college student.
after some searching on ebay... i have found some and even in the pattern and color are supposed to fit the split bench for around 80$... if i get them, i will keep you informed
