Billet Grille Recommendations

Has anyone done any grille replacements? My stock grill is kinda fading.

I found the below grill on ebay. I put this on my 99 SD with Excursion headlights and it looks like a brand new truck. It's item # 8032070076 on ebay if it doesn't come up. I know a few guys here who have it and are very happy with the look.
