Ive had my BII for about 6 years. In that time ive taken it to multiple shops to have the front end looked at. The right front side will never stay in alignment. Ive had bushings replaced, tie rod ends, bearings, etc. Always the same abnormal wear pattern. Outside edge of tire gets ground down. No problem at all with the left front, just right front. Any Ideas? Ive heard that the twin I-beam suspension was notorious for things like this.
When you say it won't stay in alignment, what specifically is going out: toe, camber, or caster? Do they manage to get all those things within spec when they do get it aligned? The TIB/TTB is not for the faint hearted/inexperienced alignment tech.
im really not sure how its out. The outside edge of the tread is constantly being ground down. Ive had it in multiple shops and they can't figure it out.

do you have any extra hight added to the front? I've seen taller springs added without a drop kit in the center and that adds wear to the outside of the tires.
