In my 94 F-150 w/300, I have the same problem when it's humid OR cold out. I'm almost covinced it's not the belt itself, but not too sure. Bearing sounds more like it, although with a little patience, we may get our answers..............

Get a Goodyear gatorback from autozone. Instead of just the smooth ribs it has a cross hatch pattern. That helps with noise and allows it to dry out faster. I had the same problem. It is more expensive than the other serpentine belts, but it is worth it. I actually replaced the idler and tensioner pulleys before realizing it was the belt. Its about 30 bucks.

Hi guys, on the main page of the ford-trucks.com website, there is a box to the right of the page that says latest articles. The first article is about serpentine belt noise and basically goes over overything you ever wanted to know about belt noise but were afraid to ask.
