hi all! need some help on rims . i was given some 75r16 tires for free but the rims on the truck are 15s what aftermaket rims can i put on cheap.was looking at crager 342 16x8 5x5.5 with5.0 backspace will this work

The best way to find out for sure is to test fit the rim & tire you want.
