If by sway in the turns you mean body lean/roll, then a rear anti-sway bar might also be of benefit if you don't already have one. It is surprising how much stiffer the overall ride is with BOTH a front and a rear anti-sway bar. I experienced this on a 29 Ford I had with a MII front suspension and front bar only. When I added a rear bar the ride stiffened considerably. I got one for my truck from Chassis Engineering...

QA1s are excellent shocks, just be sure they have enough compression valving/adjustment available since you are loading the suspension with more weight than the original donor vehicle. 4" sounds like you may have the torsion bars cranked down. If the lower control arms are not parallel with the ground, you need to crank in some more preload. If that means raising the truck more than you'd like, then you may want to consider dropped spindles. Have you checked the rear suspension for worn spring eye bushings/shackles? Does it have a rear swaybar? Has the front been aligned?

There is no sway bar in rear. I will get front aligned after front is raised a few inches. Thanks for all the help.
