Anyone tried?
Got 265's right now. Wanted to put 285's on 16*10's with 4" backspacing. Seen it done. I know 285s will clear on stock size rims, but what about this set up?? And I do take it offroad a lot so suspension will be at maximum articulation.

that should work fine.....the wheels i put on at 16 x 8 with 305/70/16 and i think my backspacing is under 4 inches so with a wider wheel and a more narrow tire you should be fine with turning the truck.....i can go lock to lock with no rubbing at all....i'd say if anything the tires may stick out past the stock fender flairs a little
