Thats kind of illegal using one just for the heck of it, I am a firefighter of 3 years I I would advise not to use it just for aggrivating neighbors its used for Fire department business "responding to calls."
I am about to be, but i want it for off road use and for aggravating the neighbors.
Im a volunteer firefighter to I really wouldnt reccomend getting one to annoying your neighbors or even for offroad use,i know how much id get chewed out by the cheif if i ever got caught using it anywhere but gettin to the station for a fire. But if you need some direction Galls.com is a good place to start.
I had a buddy that had one out of a '71 Cadillac ambulance in his old K5 Blazer. Not sure about the legality but he sure had fun with it - hilarious at times.
If you are serving the public, imo, you should be setting a good example. Kind of like saying you are a Christian, Jew, Muslim, etc. and then going out of your way to cause strife. Not a good quality for a firefighter or policeman. Whatever they have done to cause you to dislike them, do not use your job to get even, imo.
