My wife's car is a 2001 Escape and the tires are getting a little worn. They are on 15' aluminum wheels. I'm not sure the width of the wheel(7 or 8' ??). P225/70R15 Owl A/S Tires are what it came with. My question is this...
I currently have 30' x 9.5' wrangler's on my Jeep that only have 2300ish miles on them. I am about to upgrade and wondered if those tires would fit well on the wife's Escape. That way I could save a little cash and have new tires for her at the same time. Of course she doesn't take her car offroad so I don't have to worry about rubbing the fenders. I am more concerned about rubbing in turns and if those tires would fit in general.
Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
