heater control valve
who can tell me where the heater control valve
was origenaly located i have a rear heater in mine
where is now it is hooked up in the rear heater hose for 1990
e-150 van 5.0 302
because the heat is noe as hot like it should
can i put the valve someware ells

On my 1985 (no A/C) there is no valve, just a cross over pipe under the middle of the hood. I looked at my rear heater unit, no valve there either. I would say, since the piping is metal and runs a bit, that it probably cools off some before it gets to the rear unit.
