I have a 2004 f250 ext cab with the split bench seat was wondering how much trouble to change to buckets and console.need light grey seats...any comments TY Brian

Check out the custom truck magazines (street truck magazines have much more of this stuff). You can get everything you need for a direct bolt in set-up from about half a dozen different manufacturers.

Check ebay. I had the 40/20/40 seats in my 05 and just converted. I ended up with a complete interior (front seats, console, rear seat and door panels) a complete set of new factory leather seat skins (front and rear for an 05) for about $350.

I reused some of my original parts and ended up with my interior as I wanted it. I also have a set of tan cloth captains chairs and rear seat for a crew cab including the door panels (seats are missing armrest) which I am going to sell. I also have a leater center seat in new condition and a complete set of new leather skins that I can use when my seats start showing wear.
