Need some Chrome

I want to get the chrome pieces that are about 3" wide and run along the bottom edge of the body. Anybody know what these pieces are called...how much i'm looking to get em and maybe where to start looking for them??

Don't know what they are called but, check out jcwhitney. They have alot of dress up chrome parts at good prices

Rocker Panel Chrome.

there is a set for sale on this other place for an ext. cab long box. I had my eye on for a while now I think there still there.

here they are, ive got them on my truck and they look sweet i love the way they look it really dresses up the truck.

Is their one kind that looks better than the other?? stainless...diamond plate.
What kind will look good for a long time??

personal prefrence.

i got the stainless ones on my truck i think they polish up real good. if i built a full aluminum flatbed with diamond plate it think i would go dia plate but i think it would be a pain to polish

How about an opinion on going with the 3" trim compared to the 5 1/2" trim that goes a little higher up the body??

I think when I finally get some for the '97 I will get the 5 1/2" I like the way it follows the body line better.

I think the set on my truck is the 5 1/2 inch style and it really makes the truck took good. With my dark green paint its really sharp. You'll like it if you get it.
