Try lowering the air preasure in the rear tires, or maybe carring some sand bags in the bed for added weight. I have a 250 and the I-10 out of palm springs is real choppy in my truck, but if you got a woman with nice (.)(.) it's fun to watch em jiggle

FWIW, it's not exclusive to Fords, I drove a 2500 Ram on the highway some time ago(don't tell anyone I drove a Dodge or else 
) and it was at least as bad as my Superduty. Any heavy truck will likely have this same issue.

We have the same problem here in western nebraska on I-80. They have been working on it for the past few years pinning the joints and then grinding the surface down.
