leaking exhaust..

I just put in some flowtech headers, and re-did the entire exhaust, however when i finally started it back up it ran awesome, and then after maybe a minute or 2 it starts to leak around where i ran a crossover from the drivers side to the passenger side. I'm just wondering why it doesnt leak as soon as i start it up, theres a hesitation for a bit then it starts to leak..what does that possibly mean, if anything?

i'm not an expert on exhaust, but i'm guess heat is causing time delay.

are you using clamps or are all the seams welded? if clamps, this isn't unusual i don't think.
