Well, thats not a very nice thing to say. Did you call them and request a shipping mode? If you order from us it goes regular ground. If you call us we can send it whatever way you like. Im sure they are setup just like us and many others. Point and click is setup to give you the best price...shipping being a major factor. Give us a call (or them) and anything can be accomplished. We actually prefer you to call us...we carry many many vendors and would love to hear your thoughts and questions to better serve you. Im sure if you called them they would have taken care of you.

I placed my order to ShopDiesel.com on 12-16-2005. I did not receive it with in time specified for ground shipments. I allowed time for the holidays but I did send two e-mails that went unanswered. I placed a call on 1-6-2006. Was told it would be shipped on the 1-10-2006 it did not ship until 1-13-2006. According to UPS it will not arrive until 1-19-2006. One month after I placed my order. I regularly order via internet and I have never waited that long for an order.

I had to wait twice as long as usual for something that was sent out promptly to my business for a job that I was doing. UPS must have been VERY swamped this year. I'm assuming that there was some sort of delay in getting your product completed and they sent it out as fast as they could.
