Sits right on top of the engine and easy to see when you raise the hood. Held on my two small bolts and has a two-wire electrical hookup. Take the bolts out, unhook the wires and it should come right off. Do it easy and you should be able to reuse the gasket. Size-wise, it easily fits in the palm of your hand.
The IAC for the 3.0L sits on the Throttle Body, under a plastic cover. That plastic cover is held by three plastic push-on pins. The IAC is held by two bolts, and has a two pin connector on the back side. After cleaning, you should replace the gasket before putting it back on.
